By accessing or using AI Travel Planner ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

AI Travel Planner is a web-based travel itinerary planning service that uses artificial intelligence to:

  • Generate optimized travel itineraries
  • Provide route planning and mapping
  • Integrate with Google Maps for navigation
  • Enable drag-and-drop itinerary customization
  • Allow sharing and collaboration on travel plans

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • All information you provide is accurate and current

Account Registration

Creating an Account

Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

We offer subscription-based access to our Service:

  • Billing is recurring and automatic
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Payment Terms

  • Payment is processed securely through third-party processors
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Free Trial (if applicable)

  • Free trials may be offered for new users
  • You will be charged when the trial period ends
  • Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancel your subscription anytime through account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers

User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (itineraries, travel plans, notes). By using our Service, you grant us:

  • A license to store, process, and display your content
  • Permission to use content for service improvement (anonymized)
  • Right to share content when you use sharing features

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Scrape or data mine the Service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use automated systems without permission

Content Standards

Your content must not:

  • Contain hate speech or discrimination

  • Create derivative works
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without permission

Third-Party Services

Google Maps Integration

Our Service integrates with Google Maps, which is subject to Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with Google's terms when using mapping features.

Other Third Parties

We may integrate with other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results will meet your expectations

Travel Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: AI Travel Planner provides planning tools only. We are NOT:

  • A travel agency or tour operator
  • Responsible for actual travel arrangements
  • Liable for travel disruptions or cancellations
  • Guaranteeing the accuracy of travel information

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying all travel information
  • Booking your own transportation and accommodations
  • Checking visa and entry requirements
  • Ensuring travel safety and insurance
  • Following local laws and regulations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TRAVEL PLANNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Errors in itineraries or route planning
  • Reliance on information provided by the Service

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Travel Planner, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except:

  • Small claims court matters
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Requests for injunctive relief

You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis only (no class actions).

General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
